FAQ

How long have you been creating suits?
I have loved fashion and in particular swimsuits since I was a young child. I learned to sew in high school and then went on to obtain my first degree which is in Fashion Merchandising. I began making competition suits in 2006 for myself. Then my friends saw my work and had me start making their suits and things have continued to evolve from there. I am a NPC Figure Competitor myself so I understand how important a suit is and the feeling of having a great suit. I also understand not everyone can drop $1000+ on a suit nor do you have to. I can assure you that even though my prices are low the quality is not!!

What are your Shipping Rates?
I ship via USPS. For Blank Suits and Rentals I ship Priority Mail with insurance which runs $10. For Custom and Stoned Premade Suits I ship Express Mail with insurance which is $25. For accessories, I ship USPS the least expensive route (nothing lower than 1st class mail) so I will quote you based on the wt and shipping address of your order. My shipping rates are pretty much true cost of shipping, I do not charge extra handling fees.

What Form of Payment Do You Accept?
I accept Paypal (which allows all major credit cards) and Money Orders. NO Checks, PLEASE!!

What
is your return policy?
For custom suits I will send you the unstoned suit once it is sewn to try on. Any needed adjustments will be made when I receive the suit back from you. Once a suit is stoned it is considered complete and there is a "No Refund/No Exchange" policy on completed suits. Custom made Bikinis are Non Refundable/Non Exchangeable, alterations are included in the price of the suit as long as I am notified within 3 days of receipt of the suit that there is a problem.

We will not be held responsible for any errors made by the customer on measurements. Please Remember your weight and shape will change drastically during the week of your show!!!

For Rental and Pre-Made Suits I will gladly exchange or issue you a refund (less shipping) as long as the suit has not been worn and you notify me within 3 days of receiving the suit that it does not work for you.

How do I clean my suit?

Handwash in very cold water. Apply a generous amount of liquid detergent to the water (i.e. Tide, Gain). Place the suit in the cold water and gently slosh up and down in the water. Let it sit for a couple o minutes. Then, turn the right side on to your hand so the inside lining is facing up. Pour a small amount of detergent on any glue spots as well as crotch are. Using a small brush such as a toothbrush or nail brush, gently brush in one direction until the glue rolls off.

Now empty sink. Turn faucet on cold and run water on to suit until water runs clear and there are no suds left on suit. Place the suit on a towel on a flat surface, place another towel on top of the suit and gently press down to remove any excess water. Leave the suit on a dry towel on a flat surface until dry.
